Returns & Exchanges

Dear customer, if for any reason the order you have received does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to help you with the return or exchange. To do so, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging (with everything inside).

The deadline for any exchange or return is 14 calendar days from when the product is received.

Once the incident has been notified, the customer must process the return within 5 working days.

During the Christmas period , for orders received between December 1 and 26, the return period is extended until January 10 .

In reserve products

  • Returns are allowed within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Changes in size or model will not be permitted .

Client Obligations

The customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, properly packaged and protected in its original box. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received by the customer, including the bottom of the shoe. We recommend trying the shoes on a carpet to avoid wearing out the stitching on the sole.

Refund of the amount

Barevene will proceed to refund the amount paid once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs for returns:

The costs of changes and returns will be borne by the customer.

  • Returns Spain: €7.5 / 1 pair; €2 for each additional pair.
  • Returns Portugal: €14 / 1 pair; €2 for each additional pair
  • Returns to the Balearic Islands: transport costs will be borne by the customer.
  • International Returns EU: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Only in the event that the product you receive is defective or there is an error, we will cover the cost of the exchange.
