Shipping conditions and rates

A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies.

We offer estimated delivery times of 2-5 business days, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Delivery times will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. All orders will be processed before 12:30pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. If you have an emergency you can contact us directly via email at hello@barevene.com or +34 627 83 08 81 and we will try to resolve it.

Failed deliveries:

  • Courier agencies make 2 delivery attempts . In the event of two failed deliveries, the courier agency will deposit the order at a collection point.
  • The order will remain at the nearest collection point for 10 calendar days, so we recommend that you collect your order as soon as possible. It will then return to our facilities.

In the rare event that a package cannot be successfully delivered due to incorrect addresses, insufficient information, or the inability to contact the recipient, we are required to apply a fee for the return of the shipment to our warehouses. This fee covers the costs associated with the failed delivery attempt, as well as the logistical expenses incurred in the return process.

  • Rate for mainland Spain: €10
  • Rate for the Balearic Islands: €32.
  • Portugal rate: €15.
  • Europe: return costs will depend on the destination .
